Concurrent Network License

A concurrent network license allows multiple users to access the software via to the server. Any employee can be registered with the software and access the system - the restriction is placed on the number of users that can operate the software at any one time (i.e. concurrently). 

Concurrent Network Licenses offer:

Multiple Named User License

Named User licenses are assigned to individual users, and may not be shared.  These licenses may be either loaded directly onto individual PCs, or loaded onto a network/server environment in order to share data and information across the organisation.

• Guaranteed access at all times for key users within the organisation

Multiple Named User License

A Divisional license gives ultimate flexibility to members of a specific division of an organisation.  All registered users in the specified division may access the software, even if the division is spread across different geographic locations. The software can be accessed from network servers, desktop PCs, laptops, or any combination of these.

This option is available for a single one-time investment supported by a maintenance contract or as an annual lease,

Enterprise License

Our most flexible licensing solution.  The Enterprise License provides every current and future employee - regardless of location - with access to IRIS via the network/server, desktop PCs, and company laptops. Once registered, all employees may access the software, even from multiple geographic locations. The software can be accessed from network servers, desktop PCs, laptops, or any combination of these.  Due to the volume of users, major discounts are available compared to individual license purchases.  Organisations may choose a single one-time investment supported by a maintenance contract or an annual lease,
