IRIS Intelligence selected to join Trade Mission
IRIS Intelligence has been invited to join a Trade Mission by UK Trade & Investment. IRIS will join the Trade Mission that will take place in March 2011 and focus on the Aerospace Industry in the US Mid-West.
UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) provides expert trade advice with a presence in 96 countries. The Aerospace focused trade mission will be run by the British consulate in Chicago and will feature events in Cincinnati, Cleveland and Wichita.
The Mission will showcase leading UK based companies in the Aerospace sector and involve a series of networking events, presentations and site visits to major aerospace facilities in the region. Companies in the Wichita region delivered 67 per cent of all general aviation aircraft built in the USA and accounted for 47 per cent of global general aviation deliveries. Ohio’s aerospace industry offers strong capabilities in advanced propulsion technologies for civil and military aerospace vehicle types (aircraft, rockets, and spacecraft) and power generation.
