AFERM is a professional association solely dedicated to the progress of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the Federal government through thought leadership, education and collaboration.
The 13th Annual ERM Summit Training took place on September 10th as a virtual event. This year’s theme was “Creating a Clear 20/20 ERM Vision to Take on Tomorrow’s Risks.”
AFERM invited experts to share their vision of the future of enterprise risk management and encouraged dialogue on topics such as the effects of COVID-19 in the way we manage risks and how we can use ERM to develop a clear and compelling vision to shape a better tomorrow.
The association provides programs and education about benefits, tools and leading practices of Federal ERM and collaborates with other organizations and stakeholders to encourage the establishment of ERM in Federal departments and agencies.
IRIS firmly supports AFERM in its mission to advance the practice of ERM in the Federal Government.
