IRIS continues to expand its activity in the Brazilian market through participation in the UK Energy forum in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from March 20-22. 2020BIS, IRIS’s local partner in the region has been invited to talk on the importance of risk management for the Oil & Gas industry at an Energy Showcase for UK-Brazilian trade relations on March 21st. The 5th edition of this event is organised by the Department for International Trade (DIT), supported by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) through the British Embassy in Brazil.
The showcase itself will include:

- Oil and Gas Production and Operational Efficiency
- Energy Storage
In addition to IRIS Intelligence, presentations will be made by Shell, Statoil, Petrobras, ARUP, and Amec Foster Wheeler, amongst others
The showcase will be preceded by networking events at the residence of the British Consulate General, Jonathan Dunn and will be attended by Greg Hands, UK Minister of State for International Trade, Fernando Coelho Filho, Brazilian Minister of Mines and Energy and Jose Guttman, Director at ANP, the Regulator for Oil & Gas in Brazil
